The first screening of The Chambana Film Festival was held March 31st, 2024 at the Savoy 16 + IMAX in Savoy, IL. It was a free screening of the 2012 romantic drama/comedy QWERTY, directed by Bill Sebastian.

The film was produced by Chambana Film Festival founder Nat Dykeman, who answered questions from the audience after the film.

On April 28th, 2024, the Chambana Film Festival had it’s second screening at the Savoy 16 + IMAX in Savoy, IL. The film was Trapped Balloon by Hiroyuki Miyagawa.
